Gateway runs on Ave 3E and 24th St. the industrial warehouse zoned park contains tilt concrete wall construction within their office buildings. 2000 ft. of improved office space/ 5000 ft of unimproved office warehouse. Ramster Industrial Park
Located along US 80 between 3E and 31/2 E, the industrial park has a great location for e-gress and re-gress transport. The total build out of the park is 56 acres. The 5-phase development consists of concrete tilt and metal buildings ranging from 5,000 SF-60,000 SF. There are currently 2 office/warehouse combo spaces available at 3000 sq ft a piece.
