Julie Engel, President & CEO Julie Engel leads a strong team of economic development professionals who work under her direction to plan, organize, coordinate, and direct the economic development programs that will attract new industry and commerce to our region. Julie develops policies to stimulate expansion of existing Yuma area industry, businesses, and investments in addition to overseeing the daily operations of the entire organization. |

Stephany Turner is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Stephany performs a variety of highly responsible administrative duties of a routine analytical nature in support of the Executive Personnel. She provides complex clerical and administrative support duties for specific functional areas along with assisting in both confidential and sensitive projects. |
